WESTERO is a backyard barbecue company from Fort Worth, Texas. Created by father-daughter duo, Gilbert and Roxanne Pedroza, each recipe is sourced with quality ingredients and has rooted heritage from Gilbert’s 50+ years in BBQ and Tex-Mex cuisine. The name WESTERO means, “a man from the West”. Along with Gilbert, Roxanne tells the story of her “westero”, her chef father, through BBQ and their backyard cookouts.
