Motogadget products are, in our experience, among the finest quality motorcycle components we've laid hands on. That said, on a rare occasion we might see a bad mo.unit, mo.Lock or LED light but it's limited to a couple a year at most. If you're having issues the first course of action is to follow the troubleshooting guides included in their manuals and refer to the more in-depth guides we've created.
If you've exhausted all of your options and are convinced you have a bad component Motogadget warranties their products for one year from the date of purchase. If you have a bad Motogadget product that is under warranty and requires replacement it must be returned directly to Motogadget for exchange, their dealers and distributor no longer handle warranty exchanges or returns.
