One detail not mentioned in the guide below is that the wire crimp itself must be around the same thickness of the terminal itself or it will interfere with the terminal locking into place.
The page below demonstrates using needle nose pliers to remove the TPA. The TPA locks into place very tightly and we've found that pliers will often just tear the little tabs off of the TPA. We prefer using a 90º pick to catch one of the holes in order to pull the TPA free.
