Our next Revival Tune-Ups Guest Playlist comes from the world of master cocktail making. We met our buddy Brian Evans when he was slinging coffee here in Austin, but he jetted off to NYC and has since become a leader in the craft cocktail scene.
Brian is the beverage director and partner of Sunday Hospitality, overseeing their five bars between New York and Los Angeles. To say his cocktails are as creative as they are delicious and beautiful is doing them a disservice. They exist on another level and are 100% worth the trip to either coast to experience.
