Revival Signature 7" Pancake Headlight Bucket

After having our hands on literally hundreds of headlight buckets/shells over the years of building bikes, we finally found a bucket we’re proud to put our name on. These buckets have a wide selection of high-quality finishes, include all the high-quality stainless hardware you need, and have proven to be our go-to choice in the workshop on our own custom builds. We are now pleased to offer them for your build!

This Pancake 7” headlight bucket (shell) is a fresh take on the shallow headlight buckets seen on many ’80s and ’90s bikes, and this new timeless design takes up a minimal amount of space for a discrete and tidy front end. 

We’re not kidding; these buckets are really shallow and give a great visual design language for your custom build. Most headlight bulb reflectors that can hold HID’s, Halogens, and LED bulbs will not fit this shell. However, there is just enough room to house the JW Speaker Evo 2 that we sell. If you need a headlight connector, the Orange H4 headlight connector is a good option. 

Fitment: 

This bucket will fit most stock and aftermarket fork ears, but you may want to check the depth from the headlight mounting holes (listed below) to the steering stem. This will ensure there is enough clearance. If you need something with more depth, check out the Classic Bullet 7” headlight. 

*The Raw Bucket may arrive with very light superficial flash rust; That will be easily removed when you prep before painting, but the product photos may not be 100% representative of the bucket upon receipt. 

** This bucket will not fit the current generation of the Secret LED Headlight
