Our Split Loom is an industrial-grade product that has been approved for use by a wide range of automotive manufacturers. Its unique blend of PET monofilament and textured multifilament in a high-density flat-knit weave ensures that the ends will not unravel and provides outstanding abrasion resistance. The weave also protects your wiring from fluid damage by allowing moisture to drain away. The self closing split eliminates the need for fishing wires through a tube or tape wrapping and allows you to add, remove, or inspect your wiring without disassembling your harness. It is the ultimate harness solution that offers durable, heat-resistant protection while being incredibly easy to work with.

Split Loom is the creme de la creme of harness solutions providing durable, heat resistant protection while being the easiest option on the market to work with. No fishing wires down a tube, or tape wrapping; add, remove or inspect wiring without tearing your harness apart in the process. This is an industrial grade product approved for use by nearly every automotive manufacturer you can think of. 

The high density flat-knit weave combination of PET monofilament and textured Multifilament won't unravel at the ends and provides superior abrasion resistance while it protects your wiring from fluids by allowing moisture to drain away. Tolerant of continuous temperatures up to 150°F and peak temperatures of 260°F, its self- extinguishing and won't break down when exposed to the most chemicals and automotive fluids.   

At Revival we use Split Loom as a part of a system, incorporating Vinyl loom for exposed areas, Tesa tape at terminations, as well as Heat Shrink and Heat shielding as necessary. If you're looking to craft a professional quality electrical harness we have you covered.
